OVERVIEW

We are in search of a highly skilled Technical Virtual Assistant, well-versed in technical tools and processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support and optimizing our digital workflows.

**NOTE:** You must be an experienced professional. We expect you to hit the ground running from day one. The core responsibilities of this role are non-negotiable. While we're open to expanding your skills, we do not provide basic training. If you're new to this role, we suggest considering an internship opportunity instead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the employer or team.

  • Manage and organize data, including data entry, data analysis, and maintaining databases.

  • Create, format, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Handle email communication, including sorting, responding to routine messages, and flagging important emails for the employer's attention.

  • Manage and update the employer's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders.

  • Conduct online research to gather information, data, or reports for various projects.

  •  Automate routine tasks and processes using tools like Zapier, Trello Butler, or other automation software.

  •  Assist in managing and coordinating various projects, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Proficiency in Slack, Trello, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.

  • Experience with automations and tools like Trello Butler and Zapier

  • Include 'Cheeseburger' in your application.

  • Good at following instructions and eager to learn new tools.

  • Minimum 2-3 years industry experience
