OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, client success, client relationship management, project coordination, and account management. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and maintaining strong client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, onboarding, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and understanding their unique needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information effectively.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
