OVERVIEW

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for curating captivating ideas, collaborating with clients and teammates, crafting engaging social media copy, scheduling eye-catching graphics, and engaging with our audience. You will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' brand presence across various social media platforms, ensuring their message reaches the right audience and drives meaningful engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for clients, aligned with their goals and target audience.

  • Create engaging and shareable content, including copy, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, tone, and messaging.

  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and platforms, and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand awareness.

  • Plan and schedule social media posts, ensuring optimal timing and frequency.

  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports to clients and teammates.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content to fit different brand voices.

  • Strong knowledge of Infocarousels.

  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sked, Later) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SPECIAL

  • Experience managing social media accounts for diverse industries and target audiences.

  • Experience with paid social media advertising and boosting post reach.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a social media manager or a similar role.

  • Portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and engaging content.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and emerging platforms.
