$10 - $20 per hour. The pay rate for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience. In addition to the base pay, you will have the opportunity to earn attractive commissions based on your sales performance.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for various sales-related tasks, including lead nurturing, lead follow-up, appointment setting, client follow-up, lead management, and lead nurturing. Your primary goal will be to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by effectively managing and converting leads into sales opportunities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy building strong relationships with clients.


  • Nurture and develop leads through various communication channels, including phone calls, and emails.

  • Follow up with leads and prospects in our CRM to gather information, address inquiries, and provide relevant product or service information.

  • Set appointments for the sales team and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products or services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.

  • Conduct regular client follow-ups to maintain relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.

  • Manage lead databases and CRM systems to track and prioritize leads.

  • Provide timely and accurate reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales pipeline activity.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with leads and clients.

  • Proven experience in lead nurturing, follow-up, appointment setting, and client follow-up.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate our services and benefits.

  • Persistence and resilience to overcome objections and close sales.

  •  Proficiency in Cloze CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.


  • Experience in lead management and nurturing, with a strong track record of converting leads into sales.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
